Wolfsburg, Tag 12 - 17.01.2020

Heute sind wir nach VW in Wolfsburg gegangen. Ich bin um acht Uhr aufgewacht. Dann habe ich gefrühstückt für zehn Minuten. Ich habe Fleisch und Käse gegessen. Nach Frühstück bin ich mit der Gruppe mit dem S-Bahn gefahren. Dann sind wir mit der Zug nach Wolfsburg gefahren. In Wolfsburg haben wir eingekauft und ich habe ein Blaues Hemd für meinen Freund gekauft. Später bin ich mit der Gruppe um VolksWagen gegangen. Der Tour war sehr interessant und habe ich viel Spaß gehabt. In dem Tour haben wir die Presswerk besucht wo das Autos sind gemacht. Ander Orten könnten wir nicht besuchen. Dann bin ich zurück zu der Jugendherberge mit der Zug und S-Bahn gefahren. Während habe ich für Abendessen gewartet, bin ich zu ein Antiquariat wo ich hat über viel Bücher gesehen. Endlich, habe ich ein sehr alt Deutsches Geschichte Buch gekauft and bin ich zurück zu der Jugendherberge gegangen.

Heute ist Freitag und ich besuche Volkswagen. Die Fabrik hat viele Autos. Ich gehe in Braunschweig und besuche ein Buchgeschäft. Today I began my day by going to Volkswagen in Wolfsburg. Unfortunately, production was not in progress today so we were only able to get a brief tour and see one portion of the factory that was assembling parts of doors for their electric generation of cars. After this we continued by going to the store where I was pleased to find a childhood memory locked away in a package with the Volkswagen Beetle Herbie inside. From here we went and enjoyed the fine dining of Volkswagen where I enjoyed smoked fish potatoes and a delicacy of fine greens. 

Afterwards the majority of the class returned to the hostel to get a head start on their work, with the exception of two who went on a test drive in the new electric Volkswagen car by speeding down the Autobahn. From here myself and a fellow classmate went on a search for an antique book shop where I found one book that went over trigonometry in accordance to the knowledge that the author had in the early 11th Century AD. As much as this book piqued my interest, its price was that of a down payment on the new electric Volkswagen. From here my classmate was able to find a book within a reasonable price range for some classic Deutsch light reading. 

Today was also another classmate’s birthday and so at the hostel we all celebrated her 19th birthday at the end of our dinner. All in all, a wonderful day in Braunschweig and I am not looking forward to the flight back in two days.
