Shawna Rambur has instructed beginner to intermediate German courses at URI since 2014. Her studies focused on pedagogy, history of the German language, and German literature. She is currently continuing her doctoral studies in education and motivation in foreign language.

Her goal is to share her passion for the German language and culture with her students, help develop any students with the “not a language person” label into multilingual global citizens, and show them how much fun they can have learning new languages and exploring new cultures.
